When I tell people I am an artist, their first question is almost always, “What kind of art do you make?”  I struggle with the answer to that question because I make so many different things.  Sometimes I want to showcase the beauty of the Natural world.  Sometimes I want to create a lens through which we can see the social issues of today.  I make paintings, drawings, videos, installations, jewelry.  I cannot imagine doing only one thing…which is why I love the art of making.
